CRB One Off visitors staying over

If I have a family member staying over at my house for a few days am I required to have a CRB check done on them?

No but they cannot be left alone with any child at anytime that you are minding.

I had my sister come from Australia for 6 weeks and Ofsted said no crb needed, just advised the above
