new client has a mongolian birthmark do i need to record this somewhere?

Hi, I have a new client starting soon and he has a mongolian bithmark on his bottom do i need to record this in his file? Its written in his red book so has been doucmented medically?

DS has the same. He has a triangle like a g string on his bottom and a ring around one ankle. I do make sure I have it recorded at school as he is now going to juniors in September.

I would just get the parent to note it on the Child record form under medical details explain to the parents that it's to cover them as well as yourself.
