Morning all,
I was hoping to get some information and advice please.
I am doing really well childminding and am thinking of taking on an assistant. Now i do not know anything about this process. I have searched online and unless I'm typing in the wrong things I can not seem to find any answers.
So hopefully you could help me?

How do I go about finding an assistant?
Is it a difficult process?
What are the requirements to employ an assistant?
Do they get payed minimum wage?
Any and all information will be greatly appreciated thank you so much x

Assistants can be self employed but they do have to be free to look/work somewhere else.

Check this section out there will be lots of threads explaining things
