finding a new assistant

I need to find a new assistant asap as its just not working with the current one who thinks she's the boss!
Where could I find a qualified level 3 nvq who really knows about kids, totally frustrated with current set up and its seriously getting me down...where should I advertise or even find a newly registered childminder who would co mind before I have a nervous breakdown

You could advertise on gumtree, and also put word out on any local cm forums/fb pages. I hope things get better for you soon!
