My son who is now at secondary school breaks up next Friday, whilst my younger boy is still at Primary and doesn't break up until the following Thursday - I base all my TTO contracts on primary school term times.
I mentioned something about last day of term to my eldest in front of one of my TTO parents. She texted later to say she hadn't realised end of term was so close and would there be an early finish or anything next Friday? I phoned straight back and told her we had been talking about "big school" and that "little school" is on for another four days.
Now why did I do that - I could have had a really quiet week!
