Hi all. I have this little girl aged 1.5 and she is constant snatching and when other children are next to me she will push them out the way to be near me. I've tried the usual we don't do that we play nicely, then it tried timeouts but nothing is working. It's like she has no fear of being told we don't do something.
I've spoken to mum who is working with me but is just as lost as I am about what to do to get her to stop. Any ideas will be very grateful.

Consistency is the key - the lo will get there in the end if you respond the same way every time you see the unwanted behaviour. It can be a long and difficult journey for some children x

Child is too young to understand time out but be consistent with encouraging her to share (although too young to understand what that means too) and praise good behaviour - sometimes you do need to buy a duplicate of favourite toys to solve squabbles.
