Paperwork retention

I have been asked by a number of members recently to clarify what paperwork needs to be retained when a child leaves the provision - and why.

I never thought about keeping my old PLI certificates. Will do so now.

Just a quick question - if a child did in the future claim would they be claiming against the PLI we are currently insured with (if still minding) or would they be claiming against the one that was valid at the time of their allegation?
