Moving house and starting up there!

Hi, just wondering if anyone is going through the same as us? We are due to move house in hopefully about 6 weeks and will be starting a joint childminding partnership with my mum with a 50/50 split. The house my husband and I have bought is purely for the business and needs a lot of work to get it ready for childminding. We bought it for the space and potential for the business but need to decorate throughout, add a downstairs toilet and a conservatory as a play room for the children. Hoping to install lots of storage but not sure where to start? Also might add I'm due my 2nd baby in Oct but will be getting maternity cover if I'm unable to work straight away!
