K so e now have a hawk coming to scare pigeons. Want the Los to see but must do a ra. What should I say? Do I need wild bird permission? Ok I am so excited to see it.

yey I want one.

Is he coming to live or just a visit?

I don't know about ra - I suppose the main issue would be how you would minimize any potential injury i.e Hawk taking chunks out of tasty little legs :panic: or frightening the children (flappy wings can make you jump) :D

Have fun

It will come every day for a week. It is so pretty. The kids will like it. I had to move my buggies in case of pigeon poo.

wow, what a treat.

I hope it gets rid of your flying rats.

Apart from the poo-bombing, I'd say a hawk is far safer than most pets. :)

The children saw it close up today. They were too scared to touch it which was fine with me! I took the chance to touch her.

We have assorted animals stay at our house when injured, lots of birds and hedgehogs, but mostly Bats - DD is an Ecologist.
We have 2 baby Owls coming early next year (as pets and for DD's falconry business).
RA as with anything else. Will los have physical contact, so poss pecking incident, any allergies, phobias.
Most importantly ask parents how they feel about it.
