Child ratios for assistants

After a bit of confusion regarding how many children my assistant would be able to mind I found this in the Statutory Framework book on page 51 No. 14.

That is the maximum allowed but it still depends on what Ofsted allow you to have dependant on experience, size of house, space/child ratio etc.
