Is there anybody in the Birmingham area who could send me forms for the Summer 2014 Actual Numbers 3 year old forms as I've just gone to fill in mine and this has not been sent to me only the 4 year old forms and this child finished in April even thought this was not but on my estimated form. Can phone tomorrow but did want to fill in and send today.

Did try to message you. You need to call NEF team and get them to send the missing forms. They did the same to me last term and I know they did the same to another minder. They go nuts at us not submitting forms correctly or missing deadlines yet they keep missing sending paperwork themselves.

Chance would be a find thing I've been trying none stop from9 on two phones it's saying sorry no one to take calls please phone between 9-4pm please leave message will return call ASAP. Try to leave message and get cut off before finishing phone number lovely. Only got until Thursday to return forms they have not sent me in envelope.
