Sounds like a fab idea...more time saving ones like this would save me ages in the kitchen...and that's always a bonus!!

A lot of angry Italians complaining that it was sacrilege! Someone also said it might be too starchy? I will give it a go though :-)

I'm interested in the cauliflower 'couscous', scroll down the comments for the recipe.....think I'll give it a try as its a good way to add extra veg!! xx:thumbsup:

I tried it for my lunch, maybe should have looked at the recipe, but what I made was quite tasty. I did pre- soften my shallots first. I will try it again
