If a mum works 1 late a week and the rest she works like 9 to 3, then what hours do u contract her for as 1 day is different.I have a mum comming today shes my first and im worried shes going to push me in the wrong direction.I find it hard to say no somtimes.

I would charge her the hours I care for her child - add them all up for the week and charge her for those that I work

If I had to have a child after 6pm though - I would charge a few pound more for unsocial hours because after that time I dont usually work it

if you're using the ncma contracts then you put in the hours for each day of the week - so for eg is wednesday is her late day then you put those hours there. definately charge for the hours she does - not what she might want. and more for after 6pm.

The NCMA contracts have arrival and departure times monday to sunday so just put down the exact hours and days you will be minding.

If its a different day every week im not too sure sorry
