I've had an enquiry from a parent looking for Childcare 3 days a week term time only. Just wondering what others do regarding charging for non term time, do you charge for holidays or not? I normally charge full for children's holidays and not mine but not sure what to do about this...

I charge 50% non term time for non attendance and full for all hols but if either falls in non term time - I keep it simple and charge 50%.

I don't charge for school holidays but that's only because I am more than happy not to work them.

I have one term time family enquiry who want to spread out the cost over 12 months which I'm fine with as it means I'll still get paid in the holidays

my TTO parents pay 50p more per hour. That way I can save some towards the school holidays. I haven't ever worked it out properly if that is too much or too little but that was a decision i made with the first request and so i have stuck to it. I also charge the same if holiday only is required as the hours never coincide.
