help invoicing asap, plz?

I have a parent due in about 30 mins max, I have just got off the phone to her and said I would do a brackedown for the 4 weeks deposit that will in turn do towards the 1st 4 weeks of her little girl in my placement. (I hate that word)

anyway I cant quite think how to word it plz plz plz help
