The DfE is seeking our views on:

Research priorities for education and children's services
Isn't this what we have been doing all along when answering consultations?

Theses are the areas the DfE is covering....please stay calm and do not flip

DfE's research priorities by policy area, to help ensure improvements to education and children’s services are informed by evidence

The collection of research priorities and questions papers:
•identify the priority evidence gaps across the department’s key areas of work
•provide a coherent strategic context for the research community, sector bodies and practitioners
•support planning and prioritisation of research

We want to:
•stimulate debate about what evidence is needed and how it can be used, as well as inspire new research
•be more collaborative and transparent in our approach to produce the evidence needed by the department and the sector
•continue commissioning research, informed by the published priority questions

Please use the contact details provided to get in touch and tell us what you think:
•Have we missed some important evidence?
•Are you already planning research in these areas?
•Have we got the questions right?
•Do you want to discuss this further?

This one is pertinent: Have we missed some important evidence?

Give me strength!!
