I've worked in besd schools so used to dealing with challenging behaviour but in my own house its so different, its my wall they kick, my children they push & today my car they wipe theyre bogeys over!!!
This morning was particularly bad, one child threw an absolute tantrum because he was told by another lo a sword couldn't chop down a castle.... Fair point? Apparently not, lo growled, screamed, threw himself in floor & kicked out at anyone who went near. I had ti pick him up and remove him from the room. He continued to shout & try to push past me for 10 mins!
Same lo refused to get in car making us late fir school & then when in the car picked his nose & openly wiped it on my car head rest whilst scowling at me in the mirror!!!
Text mum & the response was "yeah hes really playing up since starting school"
Really?! I'd have been mortified to receive a text like that and would have apologized a thousand times!!
