numbers question

HI all, after some advice. In jan next year (its a long time I know!) 1 1/2 days a week I will have 4 under 5's. the newest and youngest one is a baby sister of one of my mindees. mum has asked if I have baby as well when she returns to work, can I do this? I am happy to have 4 but don't want to be in trouble for going over.

Yes it will be fine for a sibling, I have the 4 now due to a sibling and then when one of mine starts school in sept and moves out of my eyfs numbers I'll have another sibling start so back to 4 again. Just don't go over your 6 under 8's.
