I have a new starter coming Monday who seems like a lovely little boy but hasn't really been around other children-mum & dad said he doesn't understand about sharing, not throwing, snatching etc. he doesn't have as much understanding of things as my son & other mindee.
I'm really looking forward to helping him progress but trying to work out how best to help in. Trying to think how to handle this from the beginning & make it an easy transition for him, my son & other mindee.
Any ideas?
