RAs cover the house, the garden and outings, resources, equipment, fire etc.

Yes you intend recording them.

This will give you some ideas - Writing Risk Assessments (http://www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/freeresources/Free%20downloads/writingriskassessments.html)

how will you assess risks and keep children safe when they are away from your premises for example on out goings.

By writing RAs which cover travel to and from the outing, the outing itself and any specific risks involved.

what adult to child ratios apply to the service you are applying to be registered for how will you ensure thee ratios are maintained.

6 children under the age of 8 ... of whom 3 can be under 5. One of the under 5s can be under 1. Your own children are always in your ratios.

thanks :)

I hope that helps! Good luck :D

Can I ask you other couple questions if you can help will be great thanks :)

How will you assess children's individual needs and starting points when they begin their time with you.

How will you know that children are progressing on their learning and development and how will you use this knowledge to plan for their further development.

Thank you :)
