Oh fantastic, got my first inspection tomorrow....
kind of wish I hadn't of read it now :(

Not happy. Got a fantastic Ofsted report.

And it's not worth the paper it's written on. :(

This is something that the organisations who have been being inspected have been saying for a long time, in my area their is one inspector who is renound for passing particularly harsh judgements another who's focus is on literacy and numeracy another who's hot on registers, fire drills, permission slips etc, when each inspector seems to have their own agenda it's no wonder they're comparing it to flipping a coin.
