Just wondering how everyone charges for those parents working shifts? I have had an enquiry for after school collection but her shifts will be different each wk and will require a different number of days each wk. I'm not sure how to quote this job. Anyone else have a contract like this?

Maybe charge a minimum per week, say of 2 days, then shift rotas are given in advance so they pay for what they require

Lots of variables:
Age of child - if under 8 then I would charge for a minimum per week/days and money - if over 8 I would be more flexible on the days.

Agree with Debbie - how I would do it would depend on the age of the child - if over 8 they are not taking up a space they are an "extra"

They are both under 8 (7 & 4) they are already on my books but mum has changed her job. :)
