My dd has come home with extra friends - visit to chemist... Blimey £12.99! Can I claim for this via expenses?!?

I wouldn't have thought it was an allowable expense.

Don't think you can claim for it.
I use tea tree shampoo on my children and I also made up a tea tree spray mix which I also use on wet hair. Tea tree is meant to repel nits. Touch wood neither of my children have caught them YET.

I can't see why you can claim... After all it will also prevent an outbreak and you can have it on standby in case a mindee gets them
