Hi, I have a lo leaving me soon & I am trying to do a progress report for next childminder-has anybody got a template they wouldn't mind sharing?

I write a little letter talking about what the child enjoys doing with me - things we are working on next - comments from the child (if they are old enough) and one of their pictures / some artwork :D

I would ask parents to pass on the child's learning journey, which would include recent observations and a summary of their development, which I do every 4 months. I would also offer to talk to the new childminder to share information.
