IF you only have contract , permission slips and policies signed for is that ok .? Or do you have to have a registration form too ?
What paperwork is essential and what is just extra for personal peace of mind ?

No not getting rid just meant with regards to contracts etc between parent n cm . Xc

You need information about the child too - a child record form and 'all about me'.
