dvd help please

Hi can anyone recommend a 'keep fit' type of dvd for pre school children. I didnt think mr motivator would be suitable.:D Sort of dance/exercise fun aimed at kiddies. Also I am looking for a dvd of nursery rhymes that also have sign language. Thank you xx

There used to be a show on cbeebies called "boogie beebies", songs with dance actions, they do a warm up & cool down too.

My ds loves the wiggles. He dances along to the video when ever I put it on best thing is I secretly like the songs so enjoy it too.

We have also been looking at the fun song factory videos on YouTube there are full episodes there and they are active nursery rhymes and songs

My son had a wiggle phase... They scared me , now I have " hot potato, hot potato " stuck in my head !

I love boogiebeebies ... never crossed my mind to look for a dvd :-)

And I'm wiggle mad so we watch wiggles here :-)

Lol... I picked up ds and friends from swimming the other day ... singing along to a wiggles cd ... ds turned it off and said we're 12! One of his friends liked ( likes ) them too and has given me all his wiggles dvds ... and is going to come over on a day I'm working so he can watch them 'with the LOs' :-D:-D:-D

Never seen the wiggles, is it similar to Boogie beebies. We are doing "Looking after our hearts" this month and an excercise DVD would be good to add to our other activities

Boogie beebies was great. Though I think I did more dancing to it than my lo.

Here here, I think they did a 'Wags the dog' or something similar about a dog who Tango-ed and it freaked me out so much I had to skip that song lol!:blush:
