If I took on an assistant (my little sister) would I be able to increase my numbers to 9 under 8s? It would be 6 (age 5,5,5,6,7and 7)I already have, another baby (10mths and sibling of current mindee), a 2 yr old and my sisters 18mth old! Other option is for my sister to register in her own right but it takes a long time. She's had a recent ofsted DBS check and has up to date first aid certificate.
Space wise I have plenty of it and know we could cope, she spends so much time round here anyway helping me out as she's not working at the moment and a bit bored! We've got quite a good little routine going and it just makes sense for me to be able to offer her a job now I'm getting so many enquires.
