I am due to take on a brother and sister using the 15hrs free entitlement what contracts and forms should l fill in, l have the ones from LA but do we fill our normal Childminding ones as well. Thanks.

Yes, you need all the usual contracts (one per child if with Pacey contracts), permissions, policy agreements, etc. It is just like an other new child except the money is coming from the LA. You are still entering into a legal contract with the parent.
