Know it's probably been asked before but how long after I pay for an upgrade on childcare.co.uk does it take for me to be able to message parents?

I've just upgraded but it won't let me sent a message. It just tells me I have an active subscription and to contact support.

Help! There are three sets of parents on there with requirements that would be perfect for me!

When I last paid to upgrade it allowed me to message parents instantly. Maybe send them a message :)
