So lo is 17 months old and would only drink from a bottle till
recently but had been drinking from a drinking cup for a few weeks
but all of a sudden she hasnt wanted it altho she has been unwell this
week so think It may have something to do with that or
that her mum and dad have parted?? Anyone else had similiar situation??
Im not sure what to say to mum I try and Iam putting her drink cup
in her mouth just to take a little bit
should I just wait an see as may be shes not herself or do u think
Shes picked up on whats going on at home?

I would have a chat with Mum to gauge her drinking pattern at home and then perhaps agree on joint monitoring for a couple of weeks, hth xzx

We had a chat today as she was taking lo to doc
which doc said nothing wrong but I think different she doesnt have much at
home just milk from what mum was saying today
but mum has had so much stress in personal life I want to help
by not saying to much but lo has been very clingy not wanting to do much play
will see what next week brings hopefully she will be feeling better.
thanks x

You could try leaving a bottle of water for her to use as and when she wants to , I know it can seem like a step backwards but perhaps due to being unsettled at the moment all she is seeking is some familiar comforts ( you could also leave out her cup aswell so she has a choice) xxx
