I agree for the most part, my daughters bedtime was always 7.30 from being a baby until 3 but suddenly she wasn't sleeping well at all, up and down all night. So we changed the time to 8pm and, touch wood, she's having full nights sleep for the past 2 years now x

I follow my daughters lead with bedtimes within reason. It is usually between 8 and 9. We always get ready for bed, do the wind down routine and then she will cuddle up on the sofa with us. First sign that she's tired she has a story and goes to bed. We rarely have tears, she's a good sleeper, doesn't wake until about 8 and has a good 2 hours nap in the day.

Yes, interesting but needs more research. 14 is a tiny sample size.

I agree that's not research that plucking facts out of thin air. I wonder how many children there is under 3 in England alone and what percentage this represents.
