Advice needed ASAP!

Ofsted are due some time this week...I have a new starter booked in for induction day tomorrow but no contract as yet in place!! I have given mom contact and permission forms that she will bring in with her,but we had arranged to go through the contract after induction period when both parents are available( dad is in the army and back ths weekend).Should I have the contract in place?? Will Ofsted expect to see this in place??

I didn't sign contracts until after 2 weeks settling in/induction but had every other emergency form, permissions etc etc in place.

ofsted arent interested in contracts. They want all of your policies and permissions sorted. you will be fine
