Folks need some advice please

What do u do when a mindee bites another mindee

One 3 yr old bite another child today aged 6 they were playing but got over excited at the time and the 3 yr old took it too far

This has happened before and I have spoke to mum
Who says he doesn't do it at home or anywhere else ?

Parent of 6 yr old told she wasn't happy today About it ?

A child who bites needs really careful monitoring to remove them from situations where it might happen again.

Keep the little one close - make sure they are calm - watch for their triggers and remove them where possible.

Biting is very common in that age groups...reasons vary but frustration and lack of communication skills are amongst the most common...unfortunately many children get labelled 'biters' and parents get embarrassed while those whose child has been bitten react often in a negative way
Positive behaviour strategies are really important and yes...keep your eyes open at all times to avert it
