Has anyone had it? What are your thoughts? I always get viruses and colds etc

I've had it annually for some years now, DH struggles to care for my lads himself (disabledx2) so it seems sensible.

Thank you. I think I'm definitely going to have to get it. Did you get it at the doctors?

I have it every year because I have asthma. I haven't had flu and have no problems after the jab but DH always feels terrible. In my area you can only get it at the doctor's if you are in an at risk group or a health worker but Tesco and boots both sell it for about £10.

I had flu last year. Proper flu that left me in bed for days and exhausted for weeks. I was not going t risk that again so I paid £9 and had it done at Sainsburys. Very simple and quick and no after effects. Will be doing the same every year now.
