It appears that E Truss has ordered the removal of figures on Sure Start closure from the govt website....transparency is off the agenda then?

Sure Start closure figures DELETED from Government website as part of ''data cleansing'' exercise - Mirror Online (http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/sure-start-closure-figures-deleted-2978571#.UsU3jQZS5es.twitter)

let's cover up everything year it will be Simona. Cover up the figures of all the things she's implemented which are going wrong, not as successful as she'd like. :panic::panic:

What exactly is 'data cleansing'?...something like: I don't like this data as it tells the truth so lets wipe it out?'
Brilliant idea ! this govt is full of them!

How do they get away with this!!

When we are asked for our paperwork we need to remember the statement 'My department has carried out a data-cleansing and survey exercise to assure me of the level of confidence in figures provided by local authorities on the Sure Start database.’ And base our excuse for getting rid of anything we don't want scrutinsed on this type of statement!
Who writes her speeches? Baffle with words is their target.

I could stand on the corner of Hyde Park and talk about Sure Start closures from my own experience of working in an area of deprivation!!!

Ooohhh!!!! I am going to pour myself a sherry.
