nappy rash?

Just changed lo's nappy and he has what look like pimples all over. He's had nappy rash quite recently and this was the typical red blotchy skin type rash.
I've never seen anything like this before. I'm not sure if it is nappy rash.
Have any of you seen similar?

Little pimples on the body are I believe, a viral rash but not infectious in themselves. Not sure of on the bottom area only, babes skins are so sensitive. Maybe heat rash? Maybe viral? Has it spread or just contained?

I've only noticed them around his bum. I'll just keep an eye on it :)

The other symptom of these spots I can think of is a yeast infection.

Yeah get parents to take to doctor for thrush. Metanium in good for this too

Lots of spotty viral rashes going round at the moment, if it stays in the nappy area then it probably is nappy rash or a yeast infection, if it spreads elsewhere then probably a virus.
