Does anyone have a temporary contract I could take a peek at please?

I can't find mine and I've got an ex-mindee coming back for a week next week :eek:

I don't really want to go through the whole paperwork thing for her - I've got all the other stuff, she only left a little while ago...

I have used the one Sonya sent me - it's really simple and just what I was wanting... thank you Sonya! :D
