Have to do this for class tonight and I'm so upset that I can't seem to think of what to put :(

You may find some answers by looking at this link - it is like using the Development Matters but broken down into much smaller steps, so children with disabilities can still be shown to be making progress.

You might be over thinking this?
Using my DD as an example, she has a hearing impairment so this severly affected her S&L. She also has joint problems and this affects her PD.

Try thinking along those lines perhaps.
