PACEY Quality Start package

I've just had the phone call from CSSIW to say I'm now registered as childminder!! I already have 2 children down to start ASAP.

Any idea how long the Pacey insurance takes to get set up? I have sent my form in to local FIS but the person I spoke to didn't have a clue. I'm just desperate to start now :-)

I posted mine straight to Pacey I think it was about a week but it wasn't very long. Congratulations on getting your registration through.

Generally, insurance can be done instantly on the phone- call them and see.

Hi Moggy, I thought that could be the case but its part of a start up grant so is not me paying. Fingers crossed they can sort it soon

Mine was paid by the council for the first 12 months they sent me the blank form which there part already filled in then I posted it as soon as I had inspection date and it all came together nicely
