This is the publication that is causing a little bit of confusion on several fronts
While Truss says the scheme is a success Labour says the govt has failed to place all the 130,000 children who needed the funding.....who is right?
Truss also confuses the matter by saying children are receiving 'free childcare' while in the past she said they needed high quality education to bridge the gap because they are disadvantaged...with a confused minister no wonder we are all losing the will to live!!
