We have been asked by a student if she can one to do a placement with is for 20 days for 2 days a week starting in January. The college originally wanted to place her in a nursery but she already works in a nursery 1 day a week. The college have agreed to her being places with a childminder.

Has anyone else had a student. What do we need to do?

Not registered yet but I was a student until this summer and one of the girls did their placement with a childminder. I would presume you need permissions and policy signed from the parents then the student will likely come with tasks they need to complete while with you.
