help I need help to complete this course unit 79 understand how to set up a home based child care service :eek:

could anyone explain this more clearly - explain how they ensure that each child is welcomed and valued in the home based work setting?

I wrote about all children having equal access to resouces etc, I guess you have done your equal opportunities policy now
Having a routine that the child becomes familar with
Helping them take ownership i.e coat peg, shoe basket,towel,placemat,cup etc
Having access to their comfort items
Listening to the the child and their wants/views helps them feel valued as does seeing their artwork displayed or having it shared with parents
