All about me forms...

I'm currently going through pre reg, I've finished writing my policies (hurrah!) and now I'm writing forms. I'd like to gather as much *useful* information as I can on mine to get us off to a good start but don't want the parent to feel like they're writing an essay!

What sorts of things do you ask on yours?

You will find lots online - just take the best from them and then put them into your own words.

You should get help writing them during your pre-reg course as well :D

Worth seeing if your LA supplies a standard All About Me form. Ours does, and expects all settings to use it, so there is consistency when a child attends multiple settings or moves between them.
