Health declaration

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm going to my Doctors tomorrow for him, to fill in his part of the form. On a lot of the questions they say "in recent past have you suffered from" ..... Does anyone now what amount of time does recent past stand for is it 1 2 or 5 or even 10 years ? Thank you Sarah x

I'd ask the doctor what s/he is going to mention - it can go back a lot of years...

I thought it was five years? Can't remember where I got from though.

Question B8 page 6 - There is a footnote on the form saying:

'Recent’ in this context covers the last five years
