CACHE level 3.....

Hi just looking at starting the CACHE Level 3 but im confused as it says i need to arrange a placement....im working monday -friday 8-6 childminding and can not work out a way to find or even go into placement...are we able to use our setting as the work placement?

Yes, the placement is your work as a childminder! If you were not working in childcare then you would have to find a placement as some of the course is observing you with the children ansd reflecting on your own practice.

Yes your setting will be your placement...I found it funny every time it had to sign as the learner and the manager :laughing:
