I am doing my level 3 with Jace Training, I got it part funded.
My tutor came today and told me about some new funding, so I thought I should share. Its a government thing called 24+ and seems to be like student finance, so its a loan but you don't have to pay it off unless you earn more then £21000. I haven't heard of it until today, and I often read about people looking for funding etc. She said that all providers should accept it.
