I have been using the Pacey accident/sickness forms. They are very easy to use and also look very professional. I have run out of short term medicine slips and accident or incident slips. I don't need the long term medication slips or the concern slips as I haven't used any of those but Pacey sell them as a pack or just the accident forms on their own.
Has anybody started to use their own slips and how is this working for you. I don't know whether to pay the £9 for the full pack and have all the extras that I don't need or design my own ( I do really like the Pacey ones). dilemma dilemma :idea:
