If any of you do questionnaires for your older children to get their thoughts on your services what sort of questions do you ask?
So far I have:
- do you enjoy your time at the setting?
- what is your favourite activity?
- what new activities would you like to see?
- what would to like to see on the menu?
- do you feel important and that we listen to you?
- is there any changes you would make?

Please feel free to add to this list or advise on any issues.

Thats pretty much the same as the one I have. Always good to get their opinions. I found that my schoolies gave me some really good ideas too. X

On mine, I break the activities into separate sections eg: construction and small world toys, role play and dressing up, cooking, crafts and messy play, stories, jigsaws & board games, outdoor play, outings, food, drink, snacks

I just got a 4 year old to tell me what to put on his questionnaire before he left me for school - he said for Jigsaws and Board games "I like playing number games - like frustration and number bingo - I am very good at Uno, it's quite tricky but I always beat Sarah (my childminder, I love her, she is very nice and she's kind to me) Ahhh bless him

I've got a simple questionnaire for the parents...and older kidlets.

I'll come on and attach the doc tomorrow as I'm now off to bed and writing this on my iPad...
