Hi, I'm new to this so this might sound a really silly question to some of you. I'm starting to do my policy's and procedures, I understand why some p & p you have to have parent/ childminders signature date and review date for example administering medicine, accident, sick child and outings but there are so many to put in place which p & p require a parent to sign and date and which ones are there for parents to read but not sign.? :o

Thank you Sarah, I've just seen your website with a sample Policy and procedure form, it has quite a few policies and then just one parent signature required. Is that what childminders normally do as I was going to do individual ones. Also is it true that with the safeguarding policy you have to have the local police number and ofsted's number on the actual policy. ? Thank you for all your help. x
