Urgent! Baby been sick

Hi all

Bit of advice. Baby 8m been very sick all breakfast come up. Had to fully change her and wipe out my buggy.
She otherwise seems ok, no temperature..
I'm tempted to keep her here for a bit and see how she goes - she is sleeping at the moment

What would you do ??

I had this with a 5 month old last week...brought up bottle, all over car seat and my car :(
Altho she's just a babe I called mum and had her collect anyway...she was then poorly over the weekend and my son has had it too...better to be safe than sorry and you know from experience how much is normal for a baby and when its not quite right.
Antibacterial wipes at the ready x

Only you know the child. Is it unusual? Had baby just eaten and then the buggy ride was bumpy? All sorts of things like wind can cause it. I would be tempted to call the parent and ask if all was usual this morning before drop off, mention being sick.

Yes it is unusual. Can't think of a reason as routine was normal breakfast etc nothing new.

I'd ask parents to collect - it might be the start of something - and 48 hour exclusion for sickness.
